Adapting your adoption approach - Lessons learned from a year in China

Most of our approaches to boost adoption of the new ways of working that are enabled by IBM Connections have been developed in the western culture and through working with forward thinking companies. How do they measure up when faced with a very different culture, both local and corporate? Do they need modifying, re-balancing or do they work at all?
During the past year, most of my time has been spent on developing an adoption strategy and roadmap for a large Chinese company, and later to support the implementation of that roadmap. In this session, I will share my experience and lessons learned.
